Uniform Civil Code not just Muslim issue, north-east people will also oppose: Asaduddin Owaisi...!!!

"It's an issue on which many people in India would really worry now because it relates to pluralism and diversity of India that "BJP wants to finish," he alleged.

Asserting that Uniform Civil Code is not merely a Muslim issue, AIMIM PresidentAsaduddin Owaisi has said people in parts of north-east would also oppose it even as he charged the BJP with a design to “finish” the country’s pluralism and diversity.
“Uniform Civil Code (UCC) is not merely a Muslim issue. It’s an issue which will be opposed by north-east, especially Nagaland and Mizoram”, the Hyderabad Lok Sabha member told reporters in Hyderabad. “It’s an issue on which many people in India would really worry now because it relates to pluralism and diversity of India that “BJP wants to finish,” he alleged.
“For BJP, Muslims have to be made an enemy so that they can have polarisation around that issue. On UCC, people have seen through their game”, Owaisi charged. “Why Hindu Undivided Family benefits are not extended to Christians and Muslims? It should be extended to Christians and Muslims as well. When (Union Minister M) Venkaiah Naidu says religious laws should not be there in India, then what is Hindu Undivided Family, what is Hindu Marriage Act, Hindu Succession Act, what are all these things?”, he asked.
Widening its consultation on the contentious issue of UCC, the Law Commission has asked all national and state political parties to share their views and plans to invite their representatives for interaction on the subject. The panel has sent a questionnaire on the subject to the parties and asked them to send their views by November 21.
Venkaiah Naidu, Urban Development and Information and Broadcasting Minister, has said UCC would not be brought through the back door and without a consensus.

The blessed ‘Day of Arafat’...!!!

Praise be to Allah alone, who guides His servants to worship Him and blesses them with special seasons, days and nights as opportunities to draw closer to Him and His Pleasure. The 9th Day of Dul-Hijjah is one such day and it is known as the Day of Arafat. It is the day when millions of pilgrims gather at the plain of Arafat as an obligatory ritual of Haj.
Almost anyone who has performed Haj agrees that the standing on Arafat is the greatest part of Haj, as it is the place where a person can begin to truly know himself, his deficiencies and weaknesses. And in acknowledging his faults he also can come to know of the presence of His Creator in his life, of His limitless forgiveness and generosity. He recognizes that all he can do at that moment is turn to Allah, seek His mercy and forgiveness.
Just as those on Haj are blessed with the opportunity to turn to Allah, repent and “come out as sinless as a newborn child” (Al-Bukhari), the ones not on Haj also get a somewhat similar opportunity. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:  “Fasting the Day of Arafat (9th Dul-Hijjah) is an expiation for (the sins of) the previous year and an expiation for (the sins of) the coming year.” (Muslim)
Not all of us can perform Haj, but almost all of us can race for Allah’s pleasure and forgiveness by fasting on the Day of Arafat which is the day of salvation from the Fire. Allah frees from the Fire those who gather in Arafat, as well as those Muslims in their home cities who can’t gather there. However, the day which follows is an Eid celebration for all the Muslims in the world, whether they were on Haj or not, because they were still included in the salvation and forgiveness of the Day of Arafat. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: “There is no day on which Allah frees more people from the Fire than the Day of Arafat. He comes close and expresses His pride to the angels, saying, ‘What do these people want?’” (Muslim)
The Almighty made the Day of Arafat the best day of the year just like He made the Night of Qadr the best night of the year. While no one knows for sure which night is the Night of Qadr from the last ten nights of Ramadan, Allah has made the Best Day of the year known and this is His special favor on His believing servants and a chance for them to improve their relationship with Him by way of doing all kinds of good deeds and dua.
Arafat is a day of acceptance of duas and dua is the cord that connects the human to the Almighty and according to a Hadith: “The best of dua is dua on the day of Arafat.” (Hasan Al-Albaani in Saheeh Al-Jaami’1102)
The Prophet (peace be upon him) also said: “The best of dua is du’a on the day of Arafat, and the best that I and the Prophets before me said is ‘Laa ilaaha ill-Allah wahdahu la shareeka lah, lahu’l-mulku wa lahu’l-hamdu wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadeer (There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner or associate; His is the dominion, to Him be praise, and He has power over all things).” (Tirmidhi-3585) Another Hadith also mentions that whoever says these words with a sincere heart, attesting to the truth of that with his tongue, then Allah will surely tear open the sky until He looks at the person from amongst the people of the earth who said it. And the right of the servant whom Allah looks at is that He grants him whatever he asked for.” (An-Nisaee - Saheeh Al-Albani)
So make a list of the duas closest to your heart and then pray to Allah on the best day of the year with sincerity and humility. Talk to Him like you would talk to a friend and confess your fears and expectations. He is Al-Sami (The Hearer) and Al-Mujeeb (The One who responds) so He will surely listen and respond to what He Knows is best for you. Imam Shawkani (rahimahuAllah) rightly said: “To know your duaa is accepted is to have your heart ready, cry and shed tears to Allah, being persistent, and after that feeling, a burden taken off your shoulders.”
The day of Arafat is among the most blessed times of the year in Islam. It commemorates the finality of revelation (Qur’an 5:3) and the completion of the Ḥaj pilgrimage. It is also the day when the Prophet delivered his last sermon — A gem and a reminder of our responsibility and accountability to Allah, so read about it, reflect and strive to implement the advice. Main guidelines from the last sermon included:
• Sacredness of a Muslim’s life and property
• The importance of propagating this message to all others (A Muslim’s responsibility thus does not end by following the religion)
• A reminder that everyone is fully accountable for their deeds and Allah (God) will take every person into account. If everyone heeded to this fact alone, the world would be a much better place today.
• “Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you.” These words of the prophet are self-explanatory.
• The prohibition of dealing with interest (Numerous accounts in Qur'an and Hadith prohibit taking, giving or being a part of any transaction dealing with interest).
• “You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity.” These words of the prophet are self explanatory.
• The awareness of shaitan and how he can work to deviate us from the right path and doing evil things.
• Rights of women over men and rights of men over women.
• Treatment of women with kindness.
• Modesty and chastity in women.
• The importance of worshipping Allah (offering the five daily prayers, fasting Ramadan, giving charity (Zakat) and performing Haj.
• Equality among all (blacks, white, Arabs, non-Arabs, etc.)
• The need to establish justice.
• Islam is the final divine religion (Last Prophet and Last Book).
May Allah guide us in doing our part in following the Prophet’s message and propagating the message to everyone we know and accept from us the tiniest of good deeds that we do on the best of days! Ameen.

Asaduddin Owaisi dares other parties to debate on condition of Muslims in country...!!!

He claimed since Independence, the condition of Muslims in the country has gone from bad to worse.
Lucknow: All India Majlis-e-IttehadulMuslimeen (AIMIM) president Asaduddin Owaisi challenged other political parties to debate on the condition of Muslims in the country and the allegations levelled against him.Addressing party workers in Lucknow on Saturday, he claimed since Independence, the condition of Muslims in the country has gone from bad to worse and none of the other political parties, including the Congress, has ever bothered to address the issue."SP, BSP, Congress and BJP leaders call me communal and accuse me of giving inflammatory speeches. Do flowers shower from the statements of their leaders?" he asked."I challenge all the other parties to debate on the condition of Muslims in the country and the allegations levelled against me," said Owaisi. The MP from Hyderabad claimed that the contribution of Muslims in India's freedom struggle and that 'maulanas' had issued 'fatwas' against the British were "not mentioned" anywhere by historians. He also claimed that Muslims in India have trusted "everyone" but got nothing except "backwardness" in return and called leaders from the community representing other political parties such as Azam Khan of the SP, Naseemuddin Siddiqui of the BSP and Ghulam Nabi Azad of the Congress "Muslim dealers".Accusing the ruling Samajwadi Party in Uttar Pradesh of "spreading casteism", he said "Yadavwaad", instead of "samajwad" (socialism) had taken root in the state.Taking a jibe at Azam Khan, Owaisi said that the UP minister's buffalo was not stolen but it "ran away" after being "harassed".He said following Azam's footsteps, a BJP MP has now lodged a complaint alleging that his dog 'Kallu' has been stolen."Politics in Uttar Pradesh is now revolving around a buffalo and Kallu," said Owaisi. In a reference to Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently taking a tough stance on hooliganism in the name of cow protection, the AIMIM chief said, "I have told (Union Home Minister) Rajnath Singh that all the so-called cow vigilantes actually belonged to his party."

Asaduddin Owaisi calls Muslims to unite under the Prophet to end IS..!!!

HYDERABAD: Giving a clarion call to different sects of Indian Muslims to unite for the end of Islamic State, MIM chief Assaduddin Owaisi on Friday termed IS as the biggest danger to mankind, calling them “dogs of hell”.
“We may be Sufis, Shias, Deobandis, Barelvis, but to end these pests (IS), we must unite under the Prophet,” he said.
“Though they (Daesh) are not related to Islam, they are among us. We must find them and destory them,” he added.
Warning IS chief Abu Bakr Baghdadi of death, he said, “The day a true Muslim finds you, he will cut you into 100 pieces. Your soldiers won’t find your bones. How dare you send suicide bombers to Medina?”
Taking a jibe at the Centre, he said, “We are a danger to both IS and Sangh Parivar. While the former is a danger to Islam, the latter is a danger to India.”
Also speaking at the event, Muslim scholars representing different sects urged the youth to stay away from the lure of Islamic State and their posts on social media.
Denouncing the IS as an un-Islamic group and people kicked out of Islam, they said that people attacking the resting place of the Prophet whom they claim to represent are Hypocrites. The scholars were participating in a public meeting held at Majlis- e-Ittehadul-Muslimeen headquarters in Darussalam, on Friday,
Terming the IS videos as ‘haraam’, Maulana Syed Ahmed Al-Hussaini Sayeed Quadri of Quadri International Organisation warned Hyderabadi youth against watching and sharing the videos as they could come under the scanner of security forces. “False charges may be framed against you if you watch or share the videos posted by Islamic Stat,” he reminded.

WHY MUSLIMS LOVE ASADUDDIN OWAISI...!!!

If any good thing has happened to Indian Muslims after the Indian independence, that is the rise of Indian politician Asaduddin Owaisi. This Muslim leader had to rise, and this didn’t happen just like that. The worsening situation of Muslims in political and social arena was the trigger that gave us Asaduddin Owaisi.
This 47-year-old Muslim politician from Hyderabad is, in fact, is the only answer to the fire-brand Hindu leaders like Subramanian Swami, Praveen Togadia, Yogi Adityanath, Raj Thackeray, Sakshi Maharaj, Mohan Bhagwat and many more.
Well, Owaisi is not just the answer or the one who just answers, he questions too. He perhaps is the only leader who has raised his voice against the atrocities on Muslims; perhaps the only leader who dared to ask the reservation for down-trodden Muslims; he perhaps is the only leader who DOESN’T FEAR to speak for Muslims for their common rights.
Asaduddin Owaisi has given the Indian Muslims the biggest weapon: HOPE.
Now Muslims are more aware of their social, political and economical condition than they were before. Indian Muslims cannot and should not expect Asaduddin Owaisi to change their all political, social and economical conditions; he certainly cannot do this alone. But he certainly can do it by filling the ray of hopes among the Indian Muslims.
It is a misconception that most Muslims don’t like Asaduddin Owaisi and his politics; it would be like saying that most Hindus don’t like Politics of Amit Shah and Mohan Bhagwat. Muslims, out of fear, certainly express their resentment with Asaduddin Owaisi, and he is here to break the same fear. This is the same fear Muslims have been living under since the independence. He is here to teach them not to fear.
In the Indian political arena, Asaduddin Owaisi is nothing more than a VOICE. He doesn’t lead huge masses across the country, he doesn’t have the huge political mandate; all he has is a VOICE. A voice Muslims have been longing for since ages.
He calls himself ‘gali ka leader’ (a leader of ghettos), and he certainly is, as he is being heard mostly in Muslims ghettos. Muslims youth are being inspired by him, and this can be seen on social media. He doesn’t have his party’s offices in Bihar, Utter Pradesh and Assam but his party’s flag, his photos and his quotes are there on the Facebook pages of Muslims youngsters.
He is not a sympathizer of Pakistan and terrorism; he talks about nationalism and warns Indian Muslims to stay away from terrorism. He teaches India belongs to Muslims as equally as it belongs to Hindus. He believes in a secular country, and he wants to keep India a secular country. And this is why he and his party (AIMIM) have supports from Muslims as well as the downtrodden Hindu community (popularly known as Dalits).
With the rise of Asaduddin Owaisi one can hope that Muslims do not need controversial Muslim leaders like Laloo Prasad, Mulayam Singh or Sonia Gandhi, but they need a true Muslim leader who can speak for their rights without fear.

Miracle of Al-Isra and Al-Miraj..!!

There is no doubt that our Supreme Lord, Allah (SWT) did not create this universe in vain. He created it and all it contains for the benefit of His creatures in common and for His devoted and pious slaves in particular. And He created us for the sole purpose of worshiping Him Alone without ascribing partners or setting up rivals to Him. Hence, He sent Prophets and Messengers to clarify the Message and convey it to their people. He blessed them with different miracles and signs to prove their Messenger ship and Prophet-hood and as followers the mankind are instructed to believe in them and the miracles they were given and blessed with.
Our beloved Prophet and Messenger, Muhammad (PBUH) was also blessed with many miracles. Al-Isra and Al-Miraj (The Prophet’s miraculous night journey) is one of those great miracles.
Why it took place?
After the death of Abu Talib (Prophet’s uncle) and the mother of the believers Khadijah (RA), Quriash became more vile and harsh in their harm and persecution. The Prophet (PBUH) went to AT-Taif, conveying the Message of Islam and hoping for help and support from its inhabitants, but instead he (PBUH) received a hostile and harsh welcome from its people and their leaders. They not only refused to accept the true message of Islam, but also hurt him with severe injuries, they blooded his face and sent their messenger to Quraish, informing them about his calling to Islam. As a result, the Prophet (PBUH) entered his hometown Makkah under the protection of a disbelieving man. By occurring such sad events, this year was known as the Year of Grief. But then such unpleasant events came to an end and relief came to the Prophet (PBUH). A miraculous night journey occurred, a journey from the Sacred Mosque (in Makkah) to Jerusalem and then to the heavens.
When Al-Isra and Al-Miraj took place?
As for its exact date and day, historians have different opinions about it. The following views are some of them which indicate when it occurred:
  • At-Tabari said: The Night Journey occurred during the year in which Allah (SWT) honoured His Prophet (PBUH) with Prophethood.
  • Al-Qurtubi and An-Nawawi preferred that it took place five years after the beginning of the Prophethood.
  • A well-known writer of biography of the Prophet (PBUH), Allamah Mansurpuri preferred that it was the night of 27th of Rajab during tenth year of the Prophethood.
  • Some said that it was 16 months prior to the migration to Al-Madinah.
  • It occurred one year and two months prior to the migration to Al-Madinah.
  • Others said that it was one year prior to the migration.
The Story of Al-Isra and Al-Miraj:
From Makkah to Bait Al-Maqdis:
According to the authentic and correct view, the Prophet (PBUH) was carried physically from The Sacred Mosque in Makkah to Bait Al-Maqdis in Jerusalem, riding on Al-Buraq (an animal bigger than a donkey and smaller than a horse on which the Prophet (PBUH) went for the night journey) in the company of Jibreel (AS). On the way to Bait Al-Maqdis the passed by the grave of Musa (AS) while he was standing in his grave praying. After they reached to Bait Al-Maqdis, they alighted, tied the horse to a ring in the gate of the Masjid, where the Prophets used to tie their horses and led the Prophets in prayer. After prayer the Prophet (PBUH) came out of the Masjid and Jibreel (AS) presented him a vessel of milk and a vessel of alcohol, the Prophet (PBUH) looked at both vessels and chose the milk to drink. On doing this Jibreel (AS) said to the Prophet (PBUH): “You have chosen Al-Fitrah (i.e., Islam, uprightness).”
From Bait Al-Maqdis to the Heavens:
The lowest heaven:
Then, during that night he ascended from Bait Al-Maqdis to the lowest heaven. Jibreel (AS) sought permission to enter, it was opened to them and the Prophet (PBUH) met Adam (AS), greeted him, Adam (AS) welcomed our beloved Prophet (PBUH) and expressed his faith in Muhammad’s Prophethood.
The 2nd heaven:
Then, they ascended to the 2nd heaven, where the Prophet (PBUH) met Yahya (AS) and Isa(AS) . He (PBUH) greeted them and they returned his greeting, welcomed him and expressed their faith in his Prophethood.
The 3rd heaven:
Next, they ascended to the 3rd heaven, they entered and the Prophet (PBUH) met Yusuf (AS), he greeted him & returned the greeting and expressed faith in his Prophethood.
The 4th heaven:
Next, they ascended to the 4th heaven, they entered, and the Prophet (PBUH) met Idris (AS), the Prophet (PBUH) greeted him, and he returned the greeting and similarly expressed his faith in the Prophet’s (PBUH) Prophethood.
The 5th heaven:
Then, the Prophet (PBUH) was carried to the 5th heaven, and there he met Haroon (Aaron) (AS), the Prophet (PBUH) greeted him, and he returned the greeting and expressed faith in his Prophethood.
The 6th heaven:
Then, he was carried to the 6th heaven, there he met Musa (Moses) (AS), the Prophet (PBUH) greeted him, he returned the greeting and expressed faith in his Prophethood. On leaving the 6thheaven, Prophet Moses (AS) cried. Our beloved Prophet (PBUH) asked about the cry? Moses (AS) answered: “I cry because a youth that was sent after me will have more people from his nation enter Paradise than will enter it from my nation.”
The 7th heaven:
Next, the Prophet (PBUH) was ascended to the 7th heaven, where he met Ibrahim (Abraham) (AS), the Prophet (PBUH) greeted him, and he returned the greeting and expressed faith in his Prophethood.
Bait Al-Mamoor:
Then, bait al-Mamoor was shown to the Prophet (PBUH) (the much frequented house) circumambulated daily by seventy thousand angels, so that the angels who once circumambulated it would not have their turn again till the Resurrection.
Sidratul-Muntaha:
Jibreel (AS) carried the Prophet (PBUH) to Sidratul-Muntaha (lote-tree of the utmost boundary, beyond which none can pass). Its fruits were like the large jars of Hajar.
The obligation of five daily prayers:
Next, the five daily prayers were made compulsory by Allah (SWT) to this nation. At beginning they were fifty prayers for each and every day. On return the Prophet (PBUH) met Moses (AS) once again and he asked the Prophet (PBUH): “What were you commanded with?” The Prophet (PBUH) said: “I was commanded to perform fifty prayers each and every day.” Moses (AS) asked the Prophet (PBUH) to go back to your Lord and ask Him to decrease (the number of prayers) for you nation. The Prophet (PBUH) went back many times until the number of prayers decreased to five daily compulsory prayers.
The return:
After the completion of the night journey, the Prophet (PBUH) returned to his hometown Makkah. In the morning he (PBUH) told the polytheists about it. They mocked, quarreled and as usual disbelieved in this great miracle.
The role of Abu Bakr and his achievement of the title “As-Siddeeq”:
The Prophet’s miraculous night journey ended up being a difficult test for certain people who had believed in the Prophet’s calling to Islam, a test that some of them failed, for they ended up apostatizing. Some people went to Abu Bakr As-Siddeeq (RA) and said to him: “Will you not go to your companion (the Prophet PBUH)? He claims that he made a journey during the night to Jerusalem!” Abu Bakr (RA) said: “And did he say that?” They said: “Yes.” Abu Bakr said: “if he said that, then has spoken the truth.”  On such occasion the title of As-Siddeeq (the Truthful One) was given to him by the Prophet (PBUH).
The purpose the journey:
There are various purposes behind this miraculous journey. The main purpose was that Allah (SWT) wanted to grant His Prophet (PBUH) a chance to see some clear and vivid signs of His Almighty Power, so that the Prophet’s heart could become comforted and filled with trust in Him, and so that His Messenger (PBUH) could increase in strength, strength that he would need to carry on his struggle against the polytheists and disbelievers of Makkah and beyond.
In short, since there is no proof to the contrary, as Muslims, we certainly believe that the Prophet (PBUH) made the night journey both in spirit and body. We reject the claim of those who say that it was a journey of the soul rather than the body. But, Allah (SWT) stated the reality of the Prophet’s journey in His Glorious Book in such way:
“Glorified (and Exalted) be He (Allah) [above all that (evil) they associate with Him] Who took His slave (Muhammad SAW) for a journey by night from Al-Masjid-al-Haram (at Makkah) to the farthest mosque (in Jerusalem), the neighborhood whereof We have blessed, in order that We might show him (Muhammad SAW) of Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, lessons, signs, etc.). Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer.” (Al-Isra 17:1)

Why BabriMasjid demolition culprits notbooked for sedition:Akbaruddin Owaisi

Hyderabad: Stating that attempts were made to divide the country on religious lines when Babri Masjid was demolished by the "Sangh goons", Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (MIM) legislator Akbaruddin Owaisi on Wednesday wondered why the culprits were not booked for sedition.
"Today they filed sedition charges against Kanhaiya and others. I want to ask why sedition charges were not made against the Babri Masjid demolition culprits," Akbaruddin Owaisi said while addressing a rally at the party headquarters Darussalam organised to celebrate the 58th anniversary of the party.
"Majlis is not against any religion but we are against Hindutva and we will continue our fight against communal forces in a democratic and constitutional way," he added.
He also said the party would also fight for the rights of people of Kashmir, which is an integral part of India.
With MIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi busy in Delhi attending the Parliament session, Akbaruddin Owaisi - his younger brother and party leader in the Telangana assembly, hoisted the party flag in the presence of party legislators, leaders and workers.
Speaking on the occasion, Akbaruddin recalled how his grandfather Maulvi Abdul Wahed Owaisi, a lawyer, strove hard to protect the rights of minorities enshrined in the Indian Constitution by reviving the party on this day in 1958 with a new party constitution.
Undeterred by the prevailing atmosphere of fear and misery among the Muslims in the aftermath of the Hyderabad Police Action that took place earlier, Abdul Wahed Owaisi took up the onerous task of organising the community, he noted.
Abdul Wahed Owaisi was also imprisoned for 11 months by the then Andhra Pradesh government.
Under the leadership of Sultan Salahuddin Owaisi, MIM grew stronger. The party, which strongly believes in the nation's secular democracy, strove to protect and enhance its quality by effective representation from local to national level.
Recalling numerous achievements under the leadership of Asaduddin Owaisi, Akbaruddin said Muslims should get equal rights on par with the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes.
Referring to the work done by MIM in the field of professional education, healthcare and cooperative banking in Hyderabad, he said the party would replicate the same in other states.
Akbaruddin Owaisi is not the only one who is raising questions over the leniency shown to the Babri Masjid demolition culprits. In December 2014, the Congress party too had raised similar question accusing that the culprits behind the demolition of the 17th century mosque are being rewarded by the Modi government.
"Today is a very tragic day in the history of India. 22 years ago, the Babri Masjid was demolished. Those who were responsible for annihilation are occupying important positions in government," said Tewari on December 06, 2014.
Babri Masjid was demolished by the Hindu extremists on December 06, 1992. The Hindu extremists were allegedly led by top BJP and Sangh leadership.
